I’m searching for 40 women who are at least 40 or older who would like to embrace their beauty and capture their timeless allure through a modern portrait experience. As a woman in my 40s, I am passionate about celebrating and uplifting other women in my age group and beyond.

Bella Chic Photography celebrates women 40 and over with a personalized portrait experience at our Puyallup studio, serving women throughout Tacoma, Pierce County and the greater Seattle area. Choose from modern glamour, pinup or boudoir photography—or combine your favorites—to create portraits that celebrate exactly who you are today.

Whether you’ve dreamed of trying boudoir photography, want beautiful modern portraits of yourself, or simply feel ready to do something just for you, you don’t need to know how to pose or be “photogenic.” I’ll guide you through the entire experience.

What to expect….

1 Let’s Chat

We'll begin with a brief call where you can ask questions, and we'll have the opportunity to get acquainted. During this time, I'll outline the process for you. Once you've booked your session, we'll schedule your in-studio consultation and session date.

2 Your Day

Prepare for a photoshoot experience fit for a celebrity! Your session kicks off with professional hair and makeup artistry. Once you're styled, I'll provide guidance throughout the shoot with poses, angles, and wardrobe options that flatter. I assure you that the experience will be fun, fulfilling, and above all, empowering. You'll walk away feeling beautiful and confident!

3 Your Reveal

Immediately following your session you'll sit down to review images. I'm confident you'll be delighted with your portraits, but if you need guidance, I'll assist you in selecting the best ones. Additionally, I'll provide advice on which products will be essential for enjoying and preserving your images for years to come.

I’m offering this 40 over 40 promotional package for just $190

What’s included in your portrait experience?

As one of my ‘40 over 40’ women, you will receive:

A casual in person meet and greet and studio walk-through. It’s a great opportunity to break the ice and ease any nerves you may have about your upcoming session. We’ll go over hair and makeup and wardrobe options, how to prepare for your session and you’ll get a peek at the client closet.

Professional hair and makeup on the day of your session (a little presession pampering to help you look and feel amazing!)

One hour one on one session where I will guide you through poses and angles that flatter.

Access to the boudoir closet and couture gown wardrobe.

Select up to 2 of the genres of photography we offer: modern glamour shots, pinup, and/or boudoir.

‍ ‍A reveal and ordering session immediately following your photoshoot. You’ll review all your beautiful photographs, choose one of your favorite high res digital images and have the opportunity to purchase more.

Custom high end beauty retouching on selected images which can include airbrushing, contouring with highlights and shadows, hair, eye, and makeup enhancements, artistic tonal adjustments, basic adjustments, and by request removal of scars, birthmarks, stretch marks, tattoos, and minimal body sculpting. Complimentary fine art painterly retouching can be added on to any wall art purchase.

There is no age when you suddenly stop deserving photographs you love. Women come to Bella Chic in their 40s, 50s and beyond for all kinds of reasons—sometimes to celebrate a milestone, sometimes to rediscover a side of themselves they haven’t seen in years, and sometimes simply because they finally decided it was their turn.

Your session can be as glamorous, classic, playful or daring as you want it to be. Whether you choose boudoir, modern glamour, pinup—or a combination that feels like you—I’ll guide you through flattering poses from beginning to end, so you never have to worry about knowing what to do in front of the camera.
